This application is for modification of order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69619 of 2019 whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 17 of 2019, Khodawandpur (Chhorahi) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

For substantial justice, further six weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
