2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 376 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 498A, 504, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant (victim) is the second wife of the petitioner. The petitioner along with her first wife is alleged to have assaulted the informant and tried to set her on fire.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the burn injury was confirmed on forehead and cheek of the informant(victim).

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 376 of 2023.
