JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 935 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 42.45 litres of liquor from the house of petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 29.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in view of the above facts, let the
