ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has filed the Supply Appeal Case No. 21 of 2023 against the order of cancellation dated 22.12.2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose of the Supply Appeal Case No. 21 of 2023 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
2. It is needless to mention that before passing any
Patna High Court CWJC No.1380 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. In case the Supply Appeal Case No. 21 of 2023 has already been disposed of, the authority shall supply the copy of the order to the petitioner.
3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
