JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karghar P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Prosecution case is of recovery of 146 and odd litres of liquor from the toilet of the petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody for more than two months, charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence and he has no criminal antecedent.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
