JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Both the above stated petitions arise out of Sagauli P.S.Case No. 228 of 2013 registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, when further statement of informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26282 of 2014 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 was recorded, he stated that one Fouji Singh of Nepal used to collect extortion money through the petitioners. Although petitioners carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case except suspicion there appears to be nothing against them.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 228 of 2013.
