Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 498A, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He never demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant ever. Petitioner is still ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Moreover, petitioner is ready to pay
