The petitioners seek bail in connection with Special Case No. 7213 of 2021 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 324 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 07.11.2021, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation is of recovery of 240 litres of liquor from a vehicle.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 7213 of 2021 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 324 of 2021.
