2. This application has been preferred for following reliefs:
(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the Provisional Merit List dated 4.11.2019 of selection of Anganbari Sevika of Pariyari Panchayat, Anganbari Center No.224, Anganbari Centre-Bilarganj, Ward No.11 within Karpi Block of Arwal District finalized by the Child Development Project
Patna High Court CWJC No.2760 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/3 Officer and the Lady Supervisor, Karpi, Arwal jointly as the earlier Provisional Merit List dated 18.12.2018 for selection of Anganbari Sevika of the aforesaid Centre has not been cancelled wherein the petitioner was placed at Serial No.5 in the Merit List dated 18.12.2018;
(ii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the selection of the Respondent No.6- Seema Kumari for Anganbari Sevika of Pariyari Panchayat, Anganbari Center No.224, Anganbari Centre-Bilarganj, Ward No.11 within Karpi Block of Arwal District as the entire process of Selection of Anganbari Sevika to the Respondent no.6 is absolutely bad in law in the facts and circumstances of the case;
(iii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and accordingly to select the petitioner for Anganbari Sevika of Pariyari Panchayat, Anganbari Center No.224, Anganbari Centre-Bilarganj, Ward No.11 within Karpi Block of Arwal District in the facts and circumstances of the case as the Respondent No.7 does not want to do work of Anganbari Sevika for the aforesaid Centre because she is residing in the State of
Patna High Court CWJC No.2760 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2023 3/3 West Bengal.
3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to approach the appropriate authority designated for filing objection.
