2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69420 of 2024 to the extent of extending the period of surrender and also to modify one of the condition no. (1) mentioned in para-5 of the order.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and further the petitioner is exempted to fulfill condition no.(1) as mentioned in para-5 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6740 of 2025(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 the order.

4. The order dated 17.10.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
