2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Araria R.S. P. S. Case No. 173 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 124(1), 109(1), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted informant and others and threw acid upon them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against petitioner. Petitioner

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation that this petitioner along with other accused threw acid upon informant's side due to which nine persons sustained burn injuries.
