This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31589 of 2021 whereby the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender in the court below with a period of four weeks from the date of order.

For the reasons mentioned in this modification application, it is allowed.

Time is granted to the petitioner to surrender in the court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 29.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31589 of 2021 is hereby extended by eight weeks from today.
