The petitioner seeks bail in Darbhanga P.S. Case no. 04/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and from search one folding knife and Rs. 15,00/- were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 07.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case no, 04/2015.
