The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 85/2017, instituted for offences under Sections 323, 324, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47276/2018.

Again fresh petition has been filed on the ground that compromise has been arrived between the parties. Earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit after discussing the facts of the case. This Court does not find any fresh ground to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9735 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
