The present application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report vide Buxar Excise Case No. 99 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that prima facie case is made out against the petitioner. Further, the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
