Despite lapse of considerable time, the petitioner failed to start the work. As a consequence, the earnest money and the performance guarantee of the petitioner were forfeited. Learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation Limited at the outset submits that if the petitioner makes a representation to the Managing Director of the Corporation within four weeks from today, the same shall be looked into and a speaking order shall be passed within four weeks thereafter.
In view of the statement, no further direction is necessary.
The writ petition is hereby disposed off.
