The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that father of the informant used to sleep in a temple and in the morning of 16.11.2018, the informant came to know that his father has been murdered. The petitioner is said to be implicated in the present case on suspicion of having slept in the temple in the night of the said incident.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no evidence on record to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime and the petitioner is ready to cooperate in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6998 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 investigation. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 18.11.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018.
