The petitioner prays for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, informant alleged that his sister was abducted by the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that victim has alleged in her 164 statement that she solemnized marriage with the petitioner and is residing in the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2021.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
