Petitioner's tractor was seized by the informant on the accusation that the said tractor was found involved in illegal mining work.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.5.2015 and stand of the petitioner is that there was valid permit for transporting mining on the alleged date of occurrence.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Chandauti P.S. Case no. 110/2015.
