The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(d) and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local grudge. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure lists, it appears that the alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made from Tikwa Baba Pahari Jungle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Case No. 279 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
