2. The present writ petition has been filed "for

Patna High Court CWJC No.2530 of 2020 dt.20-07-2021 2/3 issuance of a writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to pay the pension/gratuity leave encashment, general provident fund amount and group insurance amount with up to date panel interest @ 12% from due date till payment".

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the entire retiral dues have now been paid by the respondents during the pendency of the writ petition. However, the petitioner is entitled to interest on delayed payments in view of the decision of this Court rendered on 10.12.2020 in C.W.J.C. No.1628 of 2019 (Ram Bilash Singh vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.).

4. Learned counsel for the respondents appear and have been heard.

5. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner to the effect that all the retiral dues have now been paid to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent by filing a representation in that behalf. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks hereof, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits in accordance with law and after grant of an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, expeditiously and in any event preferably within a further period of twelve weeks thereafter. To facilitate disposal, the petitioner shall furnish his mobile number and email ID to the concerned
