2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78417 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. case No. 288 of 2023 to the satisfaction of Court below and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks.

3. This Court has perused the grounds mentioned in modification application for modification of order and does not find the present one a fit case to modify the order dated
