The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Earlier the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47136 of 2021.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of four weeks and prays for regular bail.
