ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the authorities have made the maximum payment claimed by the petitioner but without calculating the interest and visiting fee. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty to make suitable representation to the authorities concerned for

2. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a suitable representation before the authorities concerned for payment of interest and visiting fee. On such representation being given, the authorities concerned shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.

3. In case the petitioner is entitled to the same, they shall make necessary payment. In case the authorities comes to the conclusion that the claim made by the petitioner does not deserve any merit, they shall pass reasoned order. Copy of the order shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
