The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2021 in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 320/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506/ 354/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation, the present bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, III, Barh, Patna, in connection with Salimpur P.S.
