The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation it transpired that petitioner and other accused persons were on visiting terms with the deceased. One Anil Kumar Thakur was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner. Anil Kumar Thakur has already been granted bail. Another co-accused Munna Kumar has also been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
