JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2026 Mr. Ravindra Priyadarshi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Gaya Municipal Corporation, referring to the statement and information contained in paragraphs no.4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as the petitioner has been paid retiral benefit in accordance with law.

2. Considering the aforesaid information contained in

Patna High Court MJC No.328 of 2024(5) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 paragraphs no.4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3, the order under contempt appears to have been complied.

3. However, the petitioner if still aggrieved in any manner, he would at be liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

4. The present contempt petition, accordingly, stands consigned.
