JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing and uptill now, three prosecution witnesses have already been examined, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 200 of 2015 pending in the court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria is, again rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
