3. The present writ petition has been filed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4292 of 2019(3) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 quashing of the letter of appointment dated 22.06.2018 issued in favour of private respondent No. 11 namely Sangita Kumari, appointing her on the post of Anganwari Sevika in Ward No. 3, Anganwari Center No. 266 of Gram Panchayat Raj Her Prasad, Block Jandaha, Vaishali.

3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has remedy to prefer appeal before the appellate authority in the light of the relevant Margdarshika Rule for appointment of Anganwadi Sevika/Sahaiya, 2016,

4. As such, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy under the said forum.

5. Delay in filing the appeal, if any, shall be condoned, if the appeal has been preferred by the petitioner within 30 days from today.
