Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.06.2014 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but up till now only charge could be framed against petitioner which is evident from perusal of Para -3 of the supplementary affidavit.
