The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 466 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the clean antecedent, period of custody, and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
