The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30/30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The local Choukidar reported to the police that the petitioner was one of the four persons who fled away from the place of unloading of the liquor from a four wheeler. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation and material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty
