The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner is brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he is living separately and has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6404 of 2023(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
