2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. denied the factum of kidnapping and has categorically stated that no one kidnapped her. She voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with this petitioner. At present, both of them are living as husband and wife. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 900 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
