Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chausa PS Case No. 237 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302, 120B and 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that this is the forth attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail.

On query of the court with regard to the stage of the trial, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that the trial has concluded and the case is fixed for hearing.

Since the trial has concluded and the case now is fixed for hearing, hence the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
