Counsel for the respondents- State takes objection on account of alternative remedy available to the petitioner before Commissioner, Patna Division.

Being faced with such objection of counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13775 of 2014(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 State, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would avail alternative remedy.

If petitioner presents appeal against the order passed by the Collector dated 02.06.2014, within a period of four weeks, respondent no.10 shall consider the same on its own merit without raising the issue of delay.

Writ petition is disposed of.
