Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 116 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 180 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Purnea stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23983 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
