====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amarpur (Fullidummar) P.S. Case No. 390 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 2369 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, on account of land dispute scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides have got injuries for which case and counter case have been lodged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4171 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 by both the parties. Hence, the petitioners, who are lady, deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the even of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing their personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidummar) P.S. Case No. 390 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 2369 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
