The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Quadir Nut confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner along with other accused persons. He has said that sniffer dog entered into the house of Kadir Nut and Tima Nut also confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of Yusuf Nut @ Md. Rahim. The petitioner was arrested on 18.04.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32121 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014.
