Petitioners are accused in connection with Refinery P.S. Case No. 361 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, and 304/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 11577 of 2019 on 05.07.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
