2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 , 498 (A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3 . It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the dispute between the parties have been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by both the parties are contained in mediator's report dated 18.08.2023 in Mediation Proceeding No. 12501 of 2023 .
4. Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute

Considering the aforesaid developments, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh in connection with Complaint Case No . 323 (C) of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
