2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 55 of 2024, lodged on 03.03.2024, under Sections 448, 307, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order date 18.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48658 of 2024. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel further submits that the specific allegation is against someone other than the petitioner. Counsel also submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 01.10.2024. Furthermore,

4. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 55 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
