2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 392 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 109(1), 103(1), 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of killing the deceased.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners are in custody since 20.10.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned senior counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. In the Trial, all the five witnesses have been examined.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6639 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 3/3 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
8. Accordingly, these applications for regular bail are hereby rejected.
