The learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Gaya has sought further two months time to conclude the trial of Sessions Trial No. 34 of 2016 arising out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 357 of 2015 submitting therein that out of twelve charge sheeted witnesses eight witnesses have been examined up till now, evidence of I.O. is necessary in this case and as such two months time further been sought to conclude the trial.
