The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that one Bharat Jee Pathak took Rs. 2 lakhs from the informant for providing job and the money was handed over to Prabhunarayan Singh, petitioner, but neither job was provided nor money was returned.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 05.11.2014, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
