1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Halsi Police Station Case No. 187 of 2024, dated 17.06.2024, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 341/447/148/149/323/307/354-B/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that on 16.06.2024 at about 2 PM, while the informant was at her home, all the accused persons, including the

No.8411 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/3 petitioners, arrived there, variously armed, abused her, damaged the household articles and on the orders of petitioner Khelu Yadav, co-accused Sofendra Yadav and petitioners, Santosh Yadav and Rohit Yadav, tried to outrage her modesty. When the informant protested, the petitioner no. 1 Santosh Yadav assaulted her by means of iron khanti near her eyes and chest and the petitioner no. 4 assaulted her by iron rod over the head and hand of the informant.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that both the parties are agnates and there is previous land dispute between them. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner no. 3 is general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner no. 2 has been described as order giver. He further submits that the injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature.
5. Regards being had to the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are agnates having land dispute and the injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.

6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi Police Station Case No. 187 of 2024, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
