JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have pressed the neck of the deceased but post mortem report of the deceased reveals that no external or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased and viscera of the deceased was sent for chemical examination. The report of Forensic Science Laboratory reveals that death was due to sudden cardio respiratory arrest.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
