Sim, through which call for ransom was given, was recovered from one Bigan Sahni, though the aforesaid sim stood in the name of the petitioner. The explanation of the petitioner is that the petitioner was employee of the aforesaid Bigan Sahni and during his employment, aforesaid sim was issued and subsequently, petitioner left his job and thereafter, aforesaid Bigan Sahni misused the aforesaid sim.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Bairgania P.S.
