The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 217 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354-B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the delay of nine days in institution of the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 217 of 2017 subject to the conditions as
