Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No.223 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 272, 273 of the IPC and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated only on the basis of suspicion and has no concern with the recovery. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
